My name is Kate Morr and I am a passionate potter with a BFA in Design from the Kansas City Art Institute. I geek out to all things pottery…perhaps it's related to my obsession with fire when I was a child.

Currently, I volunteer for I.H.E.A, Institute for Historic and Educational Arts, doing pottery demos and educating people of all ages about the life of a potter in the Medieval period. You can see me at the Kansas City Renaissance Festival, dressed in period garb, throwing and hand-building.

This blog will be used for me to keep track of my processes and hopefully provide more detail than my Instagram and Facebook allow.
